DāM-FunK is an artist, producer, DJ, and cultural curator widely recognized as a pioneer of Modern Funk. A true Modern Funk trailblazer and digital trendsetter, he continues to shape the sound, style, and culture of the genre. He has been producing his own music since his teenage years, steadily developing his craft and identity. Over the past two decades, he has preserved, evolved, and globally elevated Funk, Boogie, Soul, and Synth-Funk for a new generation. Raised in Pasadena, California and shaped by the creative landscape of Los Angeles, his work bridges legacy sounds with forward-thinking production while honoring the groove-driven traditions that inspired him.
